Return Policy

 

Don’t love your purchase? Send an email to elliottstreetboutique@gmail.com with the subject line “Return”. Please let us know what you are returning and why. We will get in contact with you in 2-3 business days. 

• Returns within 14 days of delivery will be issued a full return, excluding return shipping. Returned items must be in original condition (i.e. unworn and unused) with the ESB tag still attached. 

• Returns within 15-28 days of delivery will be issued in store credit only, excluding shipping costs. Returned items must be in original condition with the ESB tag still attached. 

• After 28 days of delivery returns are no longer accepted 

• Items marked as "Clearance” at the time of purchase are non returnable and non refundable

• Seasonal items such as holiday inventory is final sale

*Please note that all refunds can only be returned back to the original form of payment. 

*Return shipping will only be reimbursed if a product arrives to customer damaged or otherwise unwearable.
